Member Portal — Staff Guide
A complete reference for staff to understand every feature in the parent/member portal and how to explain it to families.
The Member Portal is a private dashboard where parents log in to manage their MAC programs, athletes, payments, and documents. It's the hub for everything a family needs except registration itself.
When a parent registers for a program, a member profile is automatically created (if they don't have one). They then log in to /portal with their email and password.
Athlete Dashboard
Training stats, attendance rate, streak, and per-session history for each athlete.
Coach Notes
Feedback, assignments, and goals left by coaches — visible only to that family.
My Programs
All active registrations, enrolled athletes, upcoming sessions, and calendar download.
My Athletes
Athlete profile cards with editable experience level, shirt size, and medical notes.
Payment History
Full transaction list with totals and downloadable plain-text receipts.
Documents
Liability waiver status and downloadable payment receipts for each program.
My Information
Editable contact info: name, phone, address, emergency contact, Islamic center.
Notifications
Toggles for session reminders, marketing emails, and payment receipts.
Account Settings
Change password or delete account.
Member Card
A shareable digital membership card showing their MAC member status and athletes.
