Information We Collect

We collect personal information including names, email addresses, mailing addresses, and phone numbers during registration. For youth participants, we also collect athlete medical conditions, emergency contact details, and Islamic center affiliation. Payment data is processed securely by Stripe and is never stored by MAC.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for program registration and administration, communication about schedules, updates, and events, emergency contact during sessions, payment processing, and overall program improvement and reporting.

Information Sharing

Muslim Athletic Club does NOT sell or rent personal information to any third parties. We share information only with: Stripe for secure payment processing, facility partners for attendance verification purposes only, and emergency services when required for the safety of participants.

Children's Privacy

We collect information about minors only with explicit parental or guardian consent through our registration process. Parents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's information at any time by contacting us. Muslim Athletic Club complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. All payment data is handled exclusively through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. Access to participant data is strictly limited to authorized MAC staff and volunteers.

Photos and Media

Muslim Athletic Club may photograph or video sessions and community events for promotional and documentation purposes. Parents and participants may opt out of being photographed through our waiver process or by contacting us directly before or during any event.

Your Rights
